1 Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or opening an account with XTBForex ("XTBForex"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age (or legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding financial contracts.

2 Financial Market Risk Disclosure

Trading Forex, CFDs, and leveraged derivative products carries a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all investors:

• Leverage can work against you as well as for you, magnifying both potential gains and losses.
• You should never trade or invest money that you cannot afford to lose entirely.
• Past performance of trading algorithms or historical market movement does not guarantee future results.

3 Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration. You must submit valid government-issued identification and proof of residence prior to executing trades or withdrawing funds. XTBForex reserves the right to reject any application or suspend accounts failing verification.

4 Execution Policy, Spreads & Slippage

All orders are executed under Straight Through Processing (STP) / Electronic Communication Network (ECN) market execution models:

• Spreads are variable and fluctuate in accordance with global interbank liquidity.
• Slippage may occur during high-impact news releases or extreme global volatility.
• Negative Balance Protection is active to prevent retail accounts from falling below zero balance.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered under the client's own verified name. Third-party deposits or payouts are strictly prohibited to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

6 Prohibited Trading Practices & Abuse

System abuse, latency arbitrage, quote manipulation, or exploiting platform errors is strictly forbidden. XTBForex reserves the right to cancel illegitimate trades, adjust balances, or immediately terminate access for accounts engaging in abusive practices.

7 Governing Law & Legal Support

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial laws and regulations.
